*For all monthly members with a paid plan, Happy Hour pricing is $20/hr Monday to Friday from 11 am to 2 pm, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Regular pricing for members with paid monthly plans is $30/hr. We also offer special discounted passes for paid members.

To book an office, go here to download the Brooklyn Hourly Offices app and follow the instructions from there.

A private office rental costs $30/hr for members and $40/hr for non-members. Paid members can also purchase passes, enabling them to buy 10 or 20 hours at a time for $27.50/hr for the 10-pack and $25/hr for the 20-pack.

Additionally, we provide “Happy Hour Pricing” for paid members between 11am-2pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. During these hours, bookings are priced at $20/hr for paid members, and your account will be credited weekly to reflect the difference.

We need at least 48 hours notice to cancel and for you to receive an account credit. We suggest that you take this information into account when setting your own cancellation policy.

When you first book or join as a member, you will be asked for your credit card information. You will be billed at the time that you create your booking or initiate your plan. Plans are prorated for the current month when joining. Subsequent membership fees will be charged on the first of every month, on the credit card provided when you signed up. If you cancel a booking prior to 48 hours before the booking start time, you will receive a credit to be used for future bookings. You can read more about how billing works here

We offer filtered hot and cold water, Wi-Fi, tissues, and light cleaning supplies. The offices are built to provide privacy and noise filtration. There are bathrooms (including all gender) available for users and their guests.

You can create a “recurring booking” in the app by clicking More options after selecting the day, time, and office. Then click Repeat to set how often you’d like the booking to recur. You will be charged right away for the first booking in the series, and then on the day of each recurring booking subsequently.

When you join as a member, you get 25% off every booking plus the ability to: access promos, and attend our members only events.

Locked file box storage is included with the $65/month membership plan. Storing items in the individual offices is not permitted, and BHO is not responsible for any items left behind.

The minimum booking time is 1 hour. Once you have booked the initial hour, you can book in pro-rated 15 minute increments. We highly recommend booking an extra 15 minutes at either end of your reservation to allow for time to settle in and to straighten up at the end.

The front door of the suite is kept unlocked during business hours. In order to open your office door, you must have our app “Brooklyn Hourly Offices” installed. On the top right hand of the screen, tap on Unlock doors and you will see your office door there. As a reminder, please do not attempt to unlock the door or open the door prior to the exact time of your booking.

Yes, all users must download the app “Brooklyn Hourly Offices” in order to access the offices.

To get started, please follow these steps. We receive email notifications for all requests and strive to address them promptly.

Please be aware that we approve requests during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

We want to maintain a safe and clean environment for all our members, especially during the psychotherapy sessions that frequently take place in our offices. Therefore, we only approve professionals who can fully adhere to our policies and help maintain the integrity of our space. Please note that you will be asked for your professional credentials and links to your online presence. 

Once you are approved you are free to book whenever you want. Obtaining approval is a one time thing. Once you have been approved you can choose a membership, book away, and connect with us on the app. If you cancel your membership or do not use the offices or app for a while and wish to come back, we may ask for your credentials again.

We offer a special $20/hr rate every day of the week during our “Happy Hour”.  Happy Hour pricing is good weekdays between 11 am to 2 pm AND anytime on weekends. During these times, anyone with a Basic Membership (or higher) can take advantage of the Happy Hour rate.

Our offices are not set up for sessions with children, but children are allowed in the offices. Children must be attended at all times. If unable to maintain quiet, wait with them in the elevator hallway. Please remember that there are multiple therapy sessions occurring and noise from children in the waiting room is extremely disruptive. advantage of the Happy Hour rate.

Yes, we have restrooms outside of the suite that are shared by the floor. Gender Neutral restrooms can be found on the 12th floor.

No, pets are not allowed

Yes, you can cancel your membership by emailing us. Please write to us at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Our billing cycle begins on the first of each month.
